We have streamlined the property management process through the adoption of an online, paperless system that allows owners to stay connected with their investments. Transparency is our goal, you never have to struggle to find the information you need on your investment with our online Owner Portal. You will be able to access everything from anywhere at any time with our cloud-based platform. WE DO NOT COLLECT MONEY FROM YOU! Our system is set up so we deduct any/all charges from the rent we collect. Our tenants have a similar portal for paying rent and placing maintenance requests. For owners and renters alike, we are there when you need us.

Our fee structure is straightforward:

• $100 per month                    -    management fee for all-inclusive service
• 50% leasing commission    -    only charged when a property is vacant and needs tenant placement

No hidden fees, we DO NOT CHARGE any of the following:

• Management fees when vacant
• Lease renewal fees
• Mark-ups on maintenance work

Lastly, we put our money where our mouth is! We are now offering an EVICTION GUARANTEE which means APM will pay for the attorney fee should a tenant we place get evicted. To date, we have never had to evict a tenant that we have placed. This guarantee shows that we have a vested interest in placing quality tenants on your behalf.
